Minimum Requirements:
	 Direct3D 11compatible GPU (Radeon HD 5xxx, GeForce GT 400 or higher)
	 DirectX Redistributable (June 2010) (D3D11.dll; D3DCompiler_43.dll etc)
	 DXGI 1.1 (Vista SP2, 7 or higher)

Controls:
	 scroll wheel, F2 / F1: brighter, darker
	page up / down, F3 / F4: zoom in / out
	numpad plus / minus: faster / slower
	 press and hold right mouse button: use "camera" tonemapping (instead of "naked eye")
	 numpad 9, 3: increase / decrease dithering noise; numpad 6: disable / reset dithering
