Thanks for the responses, but I found nothing in in http://old.zfx.info or stefanzerbst.de In the book (page 20) says the download material is in www.vicampus.com but the site is down. I tried the way back machine and the best I can found is here: https://web-beta.archive.org/web/20060504000027/http...
